FleetNet America's Material Handling Maintenance Management Program is designed to manage material handling equipment maintenance needs while controlling maintenance costs and keeping equipment in profitable operating condition. One benefit of the program is Electronic Equipment Files.

We store all documents associated with each event we manage in our electronic equipment file system. These files are available 24/7 via secure web access to assigned personnel at your company. The Electronic Equipment Files help ensure OSHA/DOT/BIT compliance with quick access to data during audits. Access to equipment history files also allows management to identify all costs associated with specific equipment and locations. This data will also allow management to identify cost trends for specific brands, equipment types, etc. Electronic Equipment Files provides a data storage redundancy with no risk of data loss. This also reduces supply cost for the customer saving on paper, filing systems, printer ink, copier maintenance, etc, as well as more efficient use of labor resources expended for filing and cost key punching. Collection of data electronically allows VMRS costing to identify what costs are and where the money is going. VMRS (Vehicle Maintenance Reporting Standards) coding allows us to consolidate repairs by systems with the ability to drill down to specific units, makes or models.
