Darr FMH, LP has bought Clarklift of Washington/Alaska, Inc. The purchase price was not released.
Darr will rename the dealership, owned by Tom Caughell since 1982, to FMH Material Handling Solutions, and will sell, service, and rent Clark, Caterpillar, Daewoo, Linde, Big Joe, Drexel, Donkey and Prime Mover materials handling products in Washington and Alaska.
