CVS Ferrari has produced a new family of reach stackers from the last generation, the 300 series. This family embodies the evolution and the improvements that CVS Ferrari reached in terms of quality, technology, innovation. The new reach stackers models (i.e. F365, F377, F378, F379, F381, with all the different equipment such as piggyback and barge handling) are the result of the large experience that CVS Ferrari has developed throughout years of studies, testing and production.
CVS Ferrari has introduced important innovative technologies ever since 1997. Our competitors have just started to introduce similar technology without having the same experience as CVS Ferrari.
Here are the most important technological innovations on Ferrari 300 reach stacker:

CANBUS technology that reduces the cabling complexity with consequent reduction of the number of cables:
  • the cable testing operations are considerably simplified
  • the number of connectors are reduced
  • the assembly costs are reduced
  • the information can be shared hence eliminating the necessity of redundant sensors
  • the flexibility of the system is increased and new functions can be added
  • a complete diagnostic function is available, simplifying repair intervention

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM based on variable displacement pumps and load sensing distributor of the third generation, that reduces and limits to the minimum the energy consumption of the machine. This revolutionary distributor works on the logic of distributing the flow regardless of the load to avoid cutting off any of the demands on oil. It is really possible to combine any sort of movement of the mast and spreader together with the steering without
any drop in the machine performance. The other advantage is the reduction in fuel consumption around 30-40 %. The distributor is controlled by a joystick, having proportional control.
