Vernon Hills, IL -March 14, 2018 - The Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association will be exhibiting at MODEX from April 9 - April 12 in booth #B5010. MODEX takes place at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.

In addition to exhibiting during the show, MHEDA is hosting three networking events:

MHEDA has reserved a conference room (B201) for members to meet face-to-face, discuss topics of interest and utilize a quiet place to unwind during the show. This room will also be used for MHEDA-NET groups to meet in person. MHEDA-NET is a networking service created for members to meet via video conference or teleconference, with other non-competing markets and discuss common business issues.

The second MHEDA hosted event is an informal networking reception. This reception will be held on April 9 from 4:30pm - 6pm in room (B206) for MHEDA members and prospective members. Complimentary beer, wine, and soda will be served. RSVP is required. RSVP here.

MHEDA is co-hosting a third networking event with MHI -The Industry That Makes Supply Chains Work. "The Women in Supply Chain Industry Forum" will allow women to speak about common issues one might face in the supply chain force today. This half-day interactive event will take place on April 9 from 12pm-4:30pm in room (B402). Both associations welcome keynote speaker Brenda Wensil, author of NY Times bestselling book, Break Your Own Rules. Brenda will share six faulty assumptions most women follow but get in the way, and include the correlating rules that address these assumptions. Peer panel discussions will follow Brenda Wensil. Each panelist is an industry leader who will address issues women face and how she can help herself clear the path for the next generation of women.
