What are your company's products/services?
Europart, headquartered in the Kartal district, Istanbul, Turkey, produces forklift spare parts for all brands. Europart is different to competitors because forklift spare parts are not just a line of business; they are its business.

Give a brief history of your company's involvement in the materials handling industry.
Europart had its origins 30 years ago. Three years ago, the company formed a new corporate identity to reflect a new vision. Europart was established as the sixth company in the group. The short-term plan is to have products distributed by spare parts sellers and bought directly by end users. The long-term strategy is to re-export products imported from overseas.

What is your company's current position in the regional market? How about globally?
Europart is the only forklift spare parts wholesaler in Turkey. In its three years of operation, Europart has increased market share. Europart's long-term plan of re-exporting spare parts will establish the company as a European forklift spare parts wholesaler.

What makes your company outstanding in its market?
Europart is an integrated forklift spare parts solution provider with experienced managerial and operational staff. It distributes spare parts throughout Turkey and re-exports products within Europe. Europart has a competitive price policy.

Tell us your company's future plans.
Europart's priority is to achieve ISO 9001 certification and attain European standard work principles and customer service.
