Clark Material Handling Company has extended its range of electric pallet trucks with four new pedestrian-operated models from its WS and SWX series, with load capacities between 1.2 T and 1.6 T.
The high lift pallet trucks are equipped with a four-point support for greater stability and can be operated by left- and right-hand operators, while the travelling speed automatically reduces when the load is lifted.
The WS series pallet truck - the WS12, WS12M and WS10Mi - has a 4 km/h travelling speed. They are supplied with a 72 Ah lead-acid battery as standard with the option of a 100 Ah lithium-ion battery which can be re-charged using an integrated charger at a 230 V outlet.
The WS12 has a maximum load capacity of 1.2 T and a lifting height of 4.1 m. The WS12M has a load capacity up to 1.2 T and a mono mast with a lifting height capacity of 1.95 m.
The SWX series includes the SXW12, SWX16 and SWX16i models which come with a 1.6 kW drive motor and a 4.5 kW lift motor.
The SWX12 has a load capacity of 1.2 T, a maximum lifting height of 4.8 m and comes with a standard 100 Ah Li-Ion battery.
The SWX16 has a load capacity of 1.6 T and a maximum lifting height of 5.5 m. It also comes with a 100 AH Li-Ion battery as standard and an optional 205 Ah Li-Ion battery as well as lead-acid battery capacity of 225 Ah.
The initial lift load of the SWX16i allows two loads to be moved simultaneously in double-decker operation.
The launch follows the April unveiling of a new indoor-outdoor pneumatic forklift with a capacity of 5,000 lb. to 7,000 lb. (2.7 T to 3.2 T), available with a lead-acid or lithium-ion battery, as part of its S-Series line-up launched in 2017.
