The new tiller arm design features light-touch controls and ergonomically angled handgrips that are soft and comfortable to hold, reducing fatigue and helping to maintain concentration over long shifts.
Light, stylish and durable, the new tiller arm also incorporates a cross bar that protects the operator's hands from racking and other obstacles. Impact resistance has been tripled by combining aluminium and cast iron in the manufacture, helping the trucks to cope with the normal bumps and scrapes of everyday applications.

NPP13-20MR power pallet range
Designed for intensive use in complex applications, the NPP13-20MR range of trucks use AC power to boost productivity, reduce maintenance costs and improve operator control.
The compact overall chassis dimensions contribute to exceptional maneuverability in confined areas. The low height of the power head enables very good visibility of the work area and fork tips, for safe and easy pallet entry.

The NPP13M and NPP16M are designed for light and medium-duty applications respectively and are ideal for working on a mezzanine or for when a truck needs to be taken away in the back of a lorry.
The NPP20M is for heavy-duty applications, while the NPP20MR also features a fold-down platform for occasional long-distance travel. The platform is spring-loaded, and folds up automatically after use, ensuring that the truck is still fit for use in confined areas.
There is a good package of options to match these trucks to a variety of applications, including: cold storage; an 8 amp battery charger set for lorry installation; or drive and load wheel options to suit floor conditions and pallet type.

NSP10-16N pedestrian stacker range
These trucks are built for stacking pallets up to 5.4 metres and for horizontal transport up to 30 metres in many retail, distribution and manufacturing applications. The NSP10-16N range of pedestrian stackers uses AC power to boost productivity and has a compact overall chassis dimensions to improve maneuverability and productivity of the operator in confined areas.
Low power head heights enable very good visibility of the work area and fork tips, for safe and easy pallet handling of loads up to 1.6 tonnes.
Initial lift 'I' models (NSP12NI & NSP16NI) are designed for driving on ramps and on uneven floors and for handling two loads simultaneously. 'S' models (NSP12NS & NSP16NS) feature straddle legs and FEM 2A forks for handling bottom-boarded pallets and wide loads.
Proportional or stepless lowering, standard on the 1.6 tonne models and optional on the 1.2 tonne models, enables safer handling of fragile goods.
Options to match particular applications, include: cold storage (class III, - 35°C), moisture resistance modifications; drive and load wheel options to suit floor conditions and a wide variety of fork lengths and widths to match load type.

NPV20-25N platform power pallet range
For intensive use in complex applications, the NPV20N & NPV25NH is the perfect range. These trucks use also AC power to boost productivity and reduce maintenance costs. The chassis design features a low-profile drive unit that aids stability and visibility.
Fold-out sidebars, used together with the platform, provide extra support for operators, particularly over longer circuits. In pedestrian mode, the platform and sidebars fold away easily for working in confined areas.
The NPV20N is designed for everyday use up to 2.0 tonnes, while the heavy duty NPV25NH is suited to heavier loads up to 2.5 tonnes and applications which require intensive movement cycles.
Both pallet trucks can be modified to match various applications, including: a fixed platform with backrest for long shuttles, 12km/h top speed for loads up to 600kg, fork options and drive and load wheel options to suit floor conditions and pallet type.
