Mike Kern, Corporate Vice President of Sales, said that "Harry brings to his new role a wealth of knowledge in Cascade's products and processes along with a strong commitment to the success of the facility". A Mechanical Engineering graduate from Ryerson University, Harry joined Cascade in July 1979 as the only Design Engineer. "His enthusiasm and interest in understanding the workings of other disciplines within the organization led to his current position as Plant Manager of Cascade Mississauga in 1986 and prepared him well for his new position".

Harry will continue working very closely with the North American sales team to create material handling solutions, as well as supervising both the Engineering and Technical Service Teams. Cascade engineers developed such niche products as the Stationary Load Inverters, Marble Handlers and Forward Bin Dumpers under Harry's supervision, breaking open new markets for Cascade North America.
