Capow introduces in-motion power delivery solution

Capow, an Isreal-based provider of power delivery solutions for the robotics field, has introduced Genesis Antenna XL, a long-range modular floor antenna for in-motion power.

Capow says that, unlike traditional contact-based charging systems for robotic fleets – which tend to be troubled by downtime, operational disruptions, and wasted warehouse space – the new long-range antenna provides an extended path for robots to receive power, even when only partially aligned.

This is intended to ensure that autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and automated guided vehicles (AGVs) are kept in an energy-positive state, are able to receive power, and capable of operating without interruption over large distances.

The modular floor antenna, which integrates into existing industrial infrastructure, transfers power to robots while in motion to maximise uptime. By optimising the charging state, the solution reduces reliance on large battery packs, facilitates more efficient facility utilisation, and improves sustainability.

“The Genesis Antenna XL prioritizes operators’ greatest needs, efficiency, and scalability, representing significant progress in the development of our energy management technology,” says Mor Peretz, co-founder & CEO of Capow.

Having recently secured funding to accelerate its efforts in terms of market expansion, Capow is this week displaying Genesis Antenna XL at ProMat 2025.
