Hoist story in coming TV show
BEDFORD PARK, IL, United StatesHoist Liftruck will feature in John Ratzenberger's "Made in America" on the Travel Channel on 14 May at 9pm.
The TV show, now in its fifth season, focuses on the blue-collar workers who create US-made products. Host Ratzenberger travels across the US visiting companies to learn how products are made and the history and people behind the companies.

RAM spreaders for Egypt
LANCASHIRE, United KingdomRAM Spreaders has secured an order for 57 spreader units for the first phase of DIPCO's new development at Egypt's Damietta International Port.
DIPCO, through its manager KGL PI, selected 18 units of RAM model 2940 separating twin lift telescoping spreaders for ship-to-shore cranes, four units of RAM model 2220 telescopic over height spreaders with automatic latching and 35 units of RAM model 3540 all-electric 20ft/40ft/45ft telescopic spreaders with fixed guides for rubber-tyred gantry cranes.
The value of the order was not disclosed.
CAEFI honours Linde
BEIJING, ChinaLinde China has received two awards from the China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment (CAEFI).
The "National Excellent Foreign Investment Enterprise in 2005-2006" and "National Excellent Foreign Investment Enterprise in Fulfilment of Social Responsibility" awards were conferred to only 16 foreign-invested companies in Xiamen.
CAEFI wanted to recognise foreign-invested companies that have promoted Chinese economic development and were socially responsible.
Jungheinrich awards top performers
RICHMOND, VA, United StatesJungheinrich Lift Truck Corp has presented the 2007 Elite Awards to its top dealerships, dealer sales managers and sales representatives.
Based mainly on sales volume, the dealer winners are Montrial Hydraulique of St Hubert, Quebec; New England Industrial Truck of Woburn, Massachusetts; HOJ Engineering & Sales of Salt Lake City, Utah; J. M. Equipment of Fresno, California; and Southwest Materials Handling of Dallas, Texas.
Montrial Hydraulique was the best performing dealer and was awarded the Goldener Gabelstapler (German for golden forklift) trophy.
