Hangcha Brazil delivers forklifts to Coca-Cola

Hangcha Brazil has delivered 30 units of its XC Series lithium battery-powered forklift to Coca-Cola.

The delivery follows an 18-month testing period, which Coca-Cola undertook to compare the quality and cost-effectiveness of various options.

The XC Series forklifts include a dedicated lithium battery platform, efficient heat dissipation systems, and high/low-temperature adaptability. According to Hangcha, these features make them particularly suited for use in beverage manufacturing applications.

“This fleet upgrade enhances sustainability, ergonomics, and agility in operations,” says Eduardo Matsubara, key account commercial director at Hangcha Brazil.

Materials Handling Equipment, a specialist in lithium battery-powered materials handling products, has released a new range of electric pallet trucks, stackers, scrubbers, forklift extensions, and lift tables.

Materials Handling Equipment says the range is designed to ensure reliability and performance, reduce maintenance requirements, and deliver faster charging.

The range includes equipment that is suitable for confined spaces like elevators, trailers, and containers, as well as larger solutions for material handling in warehouses, distribution centres, and manufacturing facilities.
