KION North America Corporation has added Bravo Montacargas to its dealer network.
"We are committed to significantly increase our footprint and become a major provider of industrial truck solutions in this region," says Gordon Riske, CEO of KION Group. "The addition of Bravo Montacargas is a substantial step towards achieving this goal."
Founded in 2002, Bravo Montacargas is family owned and operated. In addition to being one of the leading materials handling distributors in Mexico, it is also the largest air conditioning distributor in Latin America.
"Our investment in new products designed specifically for the needs of the North American market provide our distributors with significant growth opportunities," says Christian Bischof, director of strategy and business development at KION North America, who describes the newest dealer in the network as "a committed, single-line forklift dealer".
Bravo Montagaras is headquartered in Monterrey, the capital of Nuevo León and the industrial centre of Mexico. It operates 11 sales and service locations throughout the northeast and Bajio regions. With more than 400 employees, Bravo Montagaras specialises in the sale and rental of forklifts in addition to spare parts, accessories and service. Its primary market area will be comprised of select states in Northeast Mexico.
"KION's strategy for the North American market, including its goal of offering a full-line product portfolio, convinced us that they are the right partner for the long-term growth of our business," says Adrian Gonzalez, CEO of Bravo Montacargas.
Bravo Montacargas has to date been synonymous with Toyota materials handling equipment in Mexico.
