From recovered paper collection to paper making
The first batch of 21 BOLZONI AURAMO waste paper bale clamps have been delivered to a large Malaysian waste paper recycling plant.

The new plant is the latest investment of a world wide leading Chinese paper and pulp manufacturer, with Headquarters in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China.

With a production capacity of 708.5 million tons, with 5 paper mills and 1 pulp factory in China, plus several production bases abroad, the Group is one of the top players.

BA has already cooperated with this Chinese group and has been chosen as one of the preferred suppliers for this new and future investments. In fact, BOLZONI AURAMO has a special program for the paper industry focused on roll and bale handling for efficient damage free operations.

For this new Malaysian plant, the group has chosen BOLZONI AURAMO as strategic partner. The actual plant is dedicated to waste paper handling, but the project shows the intention to enhance a paper mill, with interesting developments for our future cooperation.

For another paper tissue handling application, in the Chongqing Group's plant in China, we supplied very big paper roll clamps, capacity 3.2 tons @ 1.600 mm load center, to handle tissue paper rolls having 3.200 mm roll diameters.

In this occasion, the customer's choice has been driven by the damage free concept offered by BA, on which we are particularly focused. Sensitive goods, such as tissue paper rolls, need dedicated attachments, designed to safely handle them.
