The BF2-3AB is a highly-comfortable back support and protection seat, and the BF5-3AB is a highly-comfortable hip support and protection seat - they are designed as the universal forklift seat that meets the mounting size of most forklifts, such as TOYOTA: 330 x 285 mm, TCM: 230 x 285 mm, KOMATSU: 340 x 255 mm, NISSAN: 280 x 280 mm, MITSUBISHI: 320 x 275 mm, and many more. The BF2-3AB seat is mainly used for material handling equipment, but also a small number are used in construction machinery, agricultural machinery and other vehicles.
At the beginning of the BF2-3AB's design process, taking into consideration that material handling equipment may encounter a certain degree of wear and tear in warehouse or factory environments, we selected PVC material with wear-resistant, tear resistant, and easy to clean characteristics for the seat surface, and high-density foam material was chosen to ensure its durability and comfort. It has good back support to reduce the pressure on the operator's back from prolonged sitting posture and it adopts suspension technology, which can absorb vibrations during machine operation and provide a comfortable feeling, like sitting on a sofa.
The design of the BF5-2 is not just about comfort, it combines ergonomics, functionality, and durability, and is made of high-quality materials that can withstand harsh conditions in industrial environments. The seat is equipped with an adjustable backrest, 150mm adjustable slide rails, and hip wrap seat cushions, which not only ensure a comfortable fit but also help maintain the correct driving posture, minimize fatigue, and enhance focus.
