SUMI announces the all-new Australian designed and manufactured "COBRA", the world's first Legless Stacker featuring Power Steering and Variable Total Control ( VTC ) Hydraulic Actuation. These provide infinitely variable control of Lift, Lower, Tilt and Drive functions.

The COBRA is ideal for those bigger loads. All truck loading and unloading applications are a breeze as COBRA handles any configuration of skids, stillages or palletised loads.

All COBRA's main function controls are integrated into the new-style DURA control handle. Ergonomic Butterfly controls operate Variable Speed Control that offers smooth, stepless acceleration in forward or reverse with high starting torque and energy-saving dynamic braking. Tilt functions are controlled by a Joy Stick mounted on the dash panel.

An advanced SepEx 24v DC Drive Motor with sealed bearings provides a powerful traction control system. Drive train in the COBRA is via the latest ZF Direct Drive Transmission that combines with the SepEx motor and SepEx control system to ensure smooth acceleration and energy-saving dynamic braking.

"Brilliant by Design", the chassis incorporates the latest "laser lock" technology - the interlock chassis is so strong it comes with a lifetime warranty.

Robust and reliable, the COBRA comes in 1300kg, 1500kg and 2000kg with lift heights from 2.5 to 5.2 metres.
