apicsAU will partner with Supply Chain Squared for a series of lean supply chain workshops.

Supply Chain Squared is a specialist manufacturing and supply chain consultancy practice focusing on the pharmaceutical, medical device and food and beverage industries. apicsAU CEO Pieter Nagel says the new partnership will allow his association to deliver industry-relevant and practical lean supply chain workshops to the professional community.

"Supply Chain Squared has a strong track record at the executive level of our industry. This partnership offers a new dimension that enhances our existing professional development program," he explains.

The first one-day workshop in the series will address Lean Leadership. It will be available as a classroom course or can be delivered in-house.

apicsAU (The Australasian Production and Inventory Control Society Ltd) was founded in 1963, as a non-profit, membership association specialising in providing education for the management of resources and supply chain, including production and inventory management, warehousing and distribution, procurement and materials management.

apicsAU has active chapters in NSW, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia and South Australia.
