Large AGVs are excellent retrofit projects to be done on site due to the large size and massive steel frame. In most cases the steel frame is the only part that is reused. All wiring and components are removed, the frame is checked for cracks, often sandblasted and painted before new drive/steer units, control panels and wiring are installed.
