The primary function of the Branch Manager is to manage the Service, Parts, and Rental departments at the branch level.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the MH culture including the MH vision, mission, and values.
Achieve financial goals set for the branch including service, parts, sales, and rental departments.
Develop and maintain key accounts.
Drive high customer service and resolve customer issues.
Contact customers to enhance customer relations and improve customer perception of the company by keeping them up to date on service progress.
Recruit, hire, and train new personnel including evaluating and disciplining employees.
Establish and maintain high communication levels within all departments.
Continuous improvements of the processes to maximize efficiency and improve customer experience.
Company goals to include effective job scheduling, billing efficiency, quoting and turnaround time.
Ensure execution of daily business duties for each of the departments such as credit approval for new customers, accurate invoicing, on time payment of invoices, WIP, PM completion, A/R, inventory, dispatching, etc.
Interact with other managers to improve operations, customer service, and profitability.
Lead a culture of safety including verbal instruction and reminders, support of safety initiatives, and maintaining good housekeeping.
Ensure proper tools and equipment are available and maintained in safe operating condition, including service vehicles and their image, safety, and maintenance.
Maintain records and following OSHA, HAZMAT, DOT, MSDS and other required regulations pertaining to the service department.
Act as a liaison with our represented manufacturers' factory service support departments.
Assist in obtaining timely technical assistance for our technical staff.
Administer authorization and reimbursement for factory support of warranty repairs.
Manage all branch financial funds such as checking accounts, petty cash, and credit cards.
Maintain excellent grounds and manage the maintenance of the branch.
Keep accurate documentation for all work performed.
Adhere to all Company Policies and Work Rules.
Requirements / Skills
Job Requirements:

A technical background is required.
Management experience is required.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
Present a professional image in personal appearance, dress and preparation.

Working Conditions: Flexibility to work when the customer needs require it and will often exceed 40 hours per week. This is a salaried position.
