Job Responsibilities:

Answer telephone, research parts and process orders
Maintain cleanliness of the parts department
Manage parts inventory
Maintain consignment accounts
Account for department profit and loss
Monitor and communicate order status to customer, including all backorders
Communicate with Branch and Factory to expedite orders when necessary
Resolve any Customer issues, problems, or complaints to satisfy the Customer
Ensure accurate and timely ordering from vendors and invoicing to Customers
Support and assist the Service Department, the Aftermarket Sales Representatives, and the Material Handling Specialists
Loading and unloading trucks for shipment
Follow Company policies and procedures
Perform all other duties as assigned
To take ownership and responsibility for offsite parts inventory consignment
Place Orders with Branch and other outside chosen Vendors
Process, File and maintain invoices and bill of ladings for incoming parts
Requirements / Skills
Job Requirements:

Great interpersonal skills - Displays honestly, ethics and integrity at all times
Ability to cope with pressure, multiple projects and frequent interruptions
Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Present a professional image in personal appearance, dress and preparation.

Working Conditions: Hours will be 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday plus overtime as required.
