Job Responsibilities:
Complete customer quote worksheets as required, approve labor/parts pricing on quotes done by aftermarket personnel.
Provide technical support for road and shop technicians as required.
Will be responsible for the preparation of warranty claims per HYSTER/YALE requirements.
Work with Service Manager to control open WIP, review work orders when turned in for completeness and accuracy.
Close work orders when needed.
Follow up on status of all field work tickets and maintain a tracking system.
Supervision of the preparation and pre-delivery of new equipment.
Maintain customer PM contracts and LTM contracts track terms and notify appropriate MH Equipment personnel prior to contract ending.
Maintain and submit weekly reports to service manager.
Follow up with customers as to customer satisfaction and completeness of repairs.
Miscellaneous other tasks as required by the service manager.
Requirements / Skills
Job Requirements:
A technical background is required.
Working knowledge of hydraulics, electrical, fuel systems, charging systems are a plus.
Maintain a neat and organized space.
Professional and courteous customer relations skills and phone etiquette.
Successfully work independently and manage time effectively.
Functional capacity to cope with pressure, multiple projects, and frequent interruptions.
Process good data entry skills, good basic computer knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office programs.
Be a Good Team player and build a Team Environment.
Supportive of Company and Branch goals and objectives.

Working Conditions: Employee is expected to work a basic 40-hour week Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. plus whatever time is required to accomplish goals for the position. This position is exempt from paid overtime.
