The Fleet Administrator provides administrative and analysis support to the Guardian Fleet/ MH Equipment team with emphasis in the performance of support services related to customer contract billing, key account oversite and coordination of mobile equipment assets.

Job Responsibilities:
Create billing contracts/work orders in the business system and maintain their accuracy.
Ensure proper account billing and application of purchase orders as needed.
Verify and track contract billing End Dates.
Resolve billing errors and follow up with rebills and credits as necessary.
Oversee coordination of contract billing in the system and fleet software application.
Support Rental and ReSales Managers with administrative needs as it pertains to Guardian Fleet contract billing.
Implement, sustain, and develop quality process improvements that focus on inventory accuracy and asset management.
Further the Guardian Fleet culture at all opportunities within the company by interfacing as necessary with Vendors, Customers, Suppliers, Branch and Corporate Administration.

Requirements / Skills
Job Requirements:
Associate Degree.
High energy level and passionate about their job.
Ability to cope with multiple tasks and in a fast pace environment.
Must be able to work independently and require little supervision.
Must be able to exercise discretion and independent judgement.
Windows based computer skills with emphasis primarily in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to organize and prioritize.
Problem solving skills and basic math computation.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Present a professional image in personal appearance, dress, and preparation.
Valid driver's license.
Working Conditions: Hours will be 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime may be required. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
