Went to start this lift up, will crank over but not start. Grounded a spark plug on the head, and I'm not getting any spark. Fuses checked good, any other ideas???

SOLVED Sorry for the late reply, but my no spark issue was the crankshaft position sensor.
I know you might think this is crazy but check timing belt had two truck brake timing belt no spark and doesn't sound bad like belt was broke.
Hello
I own same model machine with Mazda 2.2 liter and no spark
Wondering if you resolved your no spark issue
Thanks to all for your input. I've replace the coil pack with the Napa part, and even changed the short pig tail with the resistors that goes to the coil pack and still no luck. I have 12 volts at the red lead going to the coil pack but only briefly when you turn the key on. There's no voltage at any of the 4 leads going to the coil pack while cranking.
I put this lift on the back burner but now I'm revisiting it. Could it be the crank sensor? If so where is it located? Thanks!
We've also seen that harness that supplies the coil fail. There are resistors in it that get hot. It runs back kinda behind the top of the timing cover. Good luck!
Thanks, Ill give it a shot
Napa #IC485 is the one I've used in the past. Good luck!
Sure I'd appreciate that Napa # if you have it!
I've had that coil pack assy go bad & do as you describe. Do not replace with tvh brand, i use either oem or Napa. I can get you the Napa # if you like.
Yes it's a gm 2.4 there is a 4 wire plug going to a a coil that all 4 spark plug wires come out of.
No codes displayed.
Serial # A910V15639H
Valve cover reads GM Vortec 2400
Need the truck serial number or the brand of engine also.
Are there any codes on the display?
How many plugs are dead? This is gm 2.4, coil packs can fail but usually will run on 3 cyls and code displayed.
