Yale ERCO40

Anyone worked on these trucks much? Having a problem getting the battery indicator to read correctly. Parameters are set to specs. Always reads low.

Model-- ERCO40AGN48TE082

Right now the resistance comp is set at 8 and the bat voltage selection is at 186. Earlier when I was playing with the #'s on resistance comp, I would see no change in bat meter. Thanks!

We'll need more of the model # to help you out fully.

On the GE's, you can play with the 'internal reistance compensation' to get the BDI reading closer.

Be careful, though, as you can get the unit to over-discharge the battery....
