Unit has no power to the backup alarm when switch is placed in reverse, checked wiring and fuse box all good, any help much appreciate.. Thanks Art

Thanks, located the relay bank under the floor plan and sure enough someone had removed two of them! problem solved..

does machine have reverse lights fitted.I think there should be a relay in the pocket at the top of the counterweight ,pocket is exposed when you lift the battery lid

You should give the whole model number of your machine because they have making ERC's since the '70s. Nothing should be grounded on an electric forklift, all the wiring is isolated from the ground (frame).

Anyone else have this problem we did more checking and the 2 wires coming back to the backup alarm have 2 - 3 volts in each Green and the White wires no matter what we do with the seat switch and the forward and reverse switch the voltage never changes stays the same one should be a ground but it still showing voltage... any help would be great... thanks Art
