Yale ERC50AKA HELP serial no. different to normal

I have a yale ERC50AKA 1996. I need parts list but the serial no starts 500, normally yale start with a letter then 3 numbers. Can anyone help identifying this model. Maybe it is a different make badged as a Yale. I know there used to be some sort joint with jungheinrich. I have checked Jeti ET and there is nothing for yale with this model. Any help appreciated.
