We have a Yale ERC050RG36TE084 S/N E108V19314B that has just started to only travel at creep speed. No codes are shown on display and no work has been done to the truck, it was traveling at full speed before the weekend. Battery has a full charge. I am thinking I might have a hight switch malfunction but have not found one on the truck.
Any help would be great.

I do not get a spike in speed, the truck only travels at very low speed until I honk the horn a few times, then it will travel at normal speed. I am checking for shorts to ground today.
Thanks for the posts.
Richard
Sounds like you need a suppression component across the horn circuit. Could be sending a spike to the speed control circuit. You can make a suppression unit out of a 'D4' diode and 100mfd capacitor and connect them on the horn and horn push. that should cure the jumping
Maybe it would be a good idea to check for any shorts to ground on that truck.
Needed to use this truck to move an attachment and was going slowly along at creep speed and beeped the horn twice to clear a door and full travel speed was restored??????? Anyone know what is up with that?
