Workplace Safety Laws

Recently, while scrolling through my Twitter, I came across this tweet that made me stop and think. There are workplace safety laws that make first-aid kits and other medical necessities compulsory in every organization. But, what about mental health? Do we have laws that cater to mentally ill workers?
