Working remotely or at the company? The post covid-19 dilemma

In our latest Kitchen Table Mingle Ann asks questions about how the workplace will be shaped post covid-19 (https://www.forkliftaction.com/news/newsdisplay.aspx?nwid=23289). We'd like to know about your experiences: Have you enjoyed working from home during lockdown? Has working from home changed your expectations? Are you a manager with new ideas on how working remotely can improve your business? What are the pros and cons of going back to the office?

Ah, i work in China. We've been through a tough period due to Covid-19.
Actually, we were scheduled to work on 1st of February before it happened. Things changed, and we have to work from home then. The problem is that, as a manufacturer, we can't do the production anymore. For business, we still can be available to deal. However the expectation is much lower first. We have to change room as office. Some serious attitude had to be took, like dress office suit, set right time to work/rest, finish daily task... it works apparently, then. : )
