I did service on a DPN30. Replaced the usual, fuel, air, oil filters. Ran unit back to work area no problems.
Just before leaving customer said it wasn't running good and trouble starting. I got on it and it started, ran but getting like a burning plastic(maybe) smell. Ran awhile, then parked it. Tried restarting, nothing. Cranks great, won't start. Checked fuel filters, checked fuel to cylinders, getting pressure at each cylinder, will not start. Fuses tested good. Oil level good.
So weird, ran great before servicing and right after then shortly nothing.

Not sure about the quality of their fuel.
It is at a mining facility, everything is dirty, always.
Must be something wierd now... Never had To change injektors so early... Is the fuel clean what they use? ??
Wov... Ok... How many hours driven?
Thanks for your reply, it appears it's fuel injector malfunction, the customer said they've had 6 other lifts do the same.
I got 10 years experience for cat trucks but never happened nothing like you have. One possible is if there was something in fuel tank. when you pump air out of the system after filter chance, fuel bubble inside tank. so if fuel is contaminated, problem is clear. check filter is there anything inside.
