Linde (& Baker) H25D-03:
Wont move for about 10 to 15 secends after start

When i start Linde (H25D-03 351J 1998 year) it wont move backword and forward for about 10 to 15 seconds. Than it starts to move slowly but I have a feeling it is under brake for a couple of seconds. After that it moves and acted normal.

Other hydraulic functions are OK.

Does anyone know what could be problem.
