Based on the sales figurers of 2014 and the planed take over movement of KION , buy the end of 2015 both Toyota and KION will jointly control around 49% of the total market turn over and by the end of 2016 this will be over 50% of market turnover. Is this to much for two companies to control and will we see more manufactures coming under these two companies umbrellas.
will this in the end mean that truck development will not be as advanced or will this mean more development as companies try to take on these two new power house in the market. And who will be left to take on these two companies. Will a Jungheinrich Mistubishi Cat Unicarrier merger become a third mega company just leaving Crown Doosan Hyundai and two Chinese companies to compete for the rest of the market. or will these three mega companies go on and control over 75% of the total market. Will we see a more closer working relationship with Crown and Doosan to cover these big three or big two
In the UK you have now seen manufactures taking over the dealer network Linde have there own dealer network, Toyota are the same Briggs are NACCO Junghienrich and Crown are the same. We see this more in other markets mainly the US.
If this will be the case were will this leave the interdependent dealer
