will not start

I had no fire to the plugs, replaced coil and dist, cap and rotor, still no fire. I have 12v at both pins to dist and one pin into coil and I can't seem to find an engine wiring schematic anywhere including the dealer.

I would replace the electronics inside the distributor (or possibly the entire distributor- I'd price it both ways). There is no wiring diagram of the electronics of the ignition circuit.
