What's up with Toyota?

Does anyone know whats going on with Toyota and the dealers in central Florida?
I'm having a very difficult time getting parts for my fleet. Seems to be some disparities with some companies and quite a few lawsuits going on. Seems Toyota has lost focus on their customers. Anybody have any ideas?

How invincible is justice if it be well spoken.
Thanks for your response.
Yes I am always looking for a trusted vendor that I can purchase from. At present we have 30 + Toyota fleet. Mostly all series 6 and 7 #3000 and #5000 pound electric and LP sit down trucks. Toyota has been a real pain in the butt with all the games they have been playing with the local Dealers. I have spoke with the regional Rep but he is a yes sir man that just sits there and smiles when you ask questions. I've been a loyale Toyota customer for 25 years but now I believe it is time to move on.
I'll contact you in the near future to chat, thank you both.

I am a Product Support Representative in Northern California. I checked in with our parts manager. He says we recieve 95% of the OEM parts we order from Toyota. The other 5% is either very new or old stuff from Japan.
If you would like let me know what type of parts you are not recieving. Maybe I can help.

Go for it, you will be surprised!
I have been hearing about the those issues and it just doesnt sound good for the customer. You would think that it would be more important then dealership legal rights. Are you looking for parts support or service? If parts are what you are looking for then there are many options open for you. let me know if you are interested. the aftermarket is pretty strong for Toyota parts.
