Replacing RRE200CC units and we are quoted on RRE200H as suggested replacements.
Is there anything earth shattering different from the RRE200CC?
Curious as to how much has changed in design? Will any of my old parts inventory fit this "new" model?
Ads brag up a new high visibility mast? I assume that means completely different than what we have now?
Just trying to pick brains and see if anyone has seen these new trucks, or has anything noteworthy to say about them.

No problem, I understand, been there got the scars to show for it. In my opinion Crown are no where close to the design of Linde. I'm not attached to Linde in any way and have worked on most makes. Toyota/BT in cold stores have always spelt trouble, at least in my experience and I know from contacts that Toyota have a lot of trouble with their reach trucks in cold store applications but I guess they have a stronger market presence in your locality and that always plays a big part when procurement departments make their decision.
Tied to BT? Yes and No. We bought a Crown ESR 5000 with cold store cab - the machine is actually made in Germany. Operators never did give it a chance although it's well made and a great machine reliability wise. I guess they are SOOOO used to the BT's and VERY reluctant to change. Linde is not very common in our area, I'm not aware of a dealer nearby? The other problem we have is getting a demo that's configured closely to what our machines are. Dealers say "What are we going to do with this thing if you don't like it"?
Anyway thanks for the reply.
Are you tied to BT/Toyota? I would recommend Linde over Toyota, far better design and reliability. Not sure what dealer network is like in your area.
The RRE H series is the new / improved version of the RRE.
New generation 5 masts, there clear view, reduced height when fully collapsed & well protected against impact at the top.
There are a lot of new user friendly features & options on the RRE H series.
Ask to have a demo would be my advice.
If your buying them then you need the very latest version of TruckCom to talk to a RRE H plus ask for product training.
Ping me an email & ill send over a couple of video links that show some of the differences in the new truck.
