Discussion:
What Year?

Hi to all. I'm new here. I was given this old forklift. For now I would like to know the year of this machine. S/N A10D13459 is the number on the chassis next to counter weight.

S25A should be late 60's. (just a guess though)
I'm pretty sure that the s25b's started coming out in the early 70's.

Hyster started adding a letter to the end of the serial numer to designate the year, and if memory serves, they started doing that in the mid 70's.
