What volts at the accel pot

I believe it needs to see over 3 volts when the lift is in neutral but dose any one no what the swing going forward and reverse should be? I go from 3.4 to 0 going forward and 3.4 to 2.5 when I move the joey to go backwards? has a code 060 witch is the pot but I am wondering if this is why I'm not getting voltage across the rec bridge? thanks
