what is this beast?

Am repairing brakes on this HYSTER and can't find a serial #. It has a 6 cyl flathead gas engine.
The tag on the dash has Type G industrial truck and 194A D stamped in.
Will include photos if I figure out how.

According to studies published in the English Journal of Medicine, the impact of daylight savings is revealed by a 24% increase in heart attacks on the Monday following the spring shift forward. When clocks move back in autumn, heart attacks drop by about 21%, suggesting that loss of sleep is an important driver.
