Wet brakes

Have a hyster S120FT that the wet brakes have locked up. They can be released when you open up the bleeder on the brake chamber, but will lock up again after you start the lift.

Daniel,

I need you to check a couple things. First, make sure the brake pedal has enough play that it is not pressuring the system. Second, check the park brake lever or levers at the drive axle and make sure they move when releasing the park brake. If they do not, the park brake is engaged when you are trying to move. To make sure this is the problem. Release the park brake and try to move the lever using a pry bar. If it moves lever was rusted in the applied position. Good Luck

The hard to do we do right away. The impossible just takes a little longer.
