W18 Cutting out on lift - Technical Troubleshooting discussion in Forkliftaction's forums

W18 Cutting out on lift

We have a Toyota W18 Electric pallet truck that performs all functions fine appart from it cuts out on lift (As in the machine instantly powers off with a very very short lift manouvre i.e. 1mm). It will drive fine and was functioning correctly until recently. All battery cells check out good all over the 2v mark and has a full charge. Anyone shead any light on what may be causing it to do this or where to start investigating.
