Hello All.
I've got a (New-Old) Big Joe Man Lift that's inoperable. 24V charger works.
The controller throws a fault code 2,3 indicates high pedal disable fault (HPD).
I'm HVAC by trade, and I have no other prior experience.
Any and all help is very much appreciated.
