UNIT WILL NOT START AFTER IT WAS LEANED OVER DID NOT LAY COMPLETELY OVER

i am working on a unit that was leaned over and died it did not lay completely over on its side i found that the ECM key source power to the ECM is not getting power in the wire diagram it shows that wire goes to a L.O.P i can not find what the L.O.P stands for does any one know what this abbreviation stands for and maybe where it is located
