sounds like bob is jealous because he works for a failing company thats owned by share holders that only care about the bottom line! oh yeah ****, the access module are very reliable and there are some companies that rebuild them. do your homework first!

WOW, Sounds like a brain washed CROWN Factory Tech. talking here. He even mentions the parts availability? Sounds like trouble, Don't be a pioneer with the TSP. I believe this product has the same Access 1-2-3 control system as Crown's last failure in the market, the 5000 Series Reach. Note: The TSP has (8) Eight, count them, (8)Crown made "proprietary" controllers spread all over the unit, including one on the upper fork trolley. You have to go to Crown when these fail ! What is the cost of these (8) Crown Proprietary controllers after the 3 year warranty expires?

the tsp6000 is by far the easiest to troubleshoot...you can check all components through the display and no problems getting parts from the factory! the tsp6000 is designed to outperform anything that comes its way....see if you can get a demo and you'll see what im talking about...

Good Question

i agree with the bob m - BT is definately a better truck having worked on Crown Raymond & BT i liked the BT the best we had the CTX 13000, sei. it was the best truck that i have ever worked on -- not to knock the competition i havev seen my friends trying to fix the Shyster & the Yale they had no good words for the truck

Personally i would be more concerned about who is going to Fix the thing when it goes down & what parts are available in todays market place lots of parts dept have no stock & bring the parts in from the manufacturers as required also Turret truck mechanics are a rare breed.

Good luck with your purchase.i

Why be a pioneer with Crown's newest product. Understand that in many applications with less then perfect floors, that the TSP600 has been slowed to a crawl. Very unproductive. Have you looked into BT or Raymond brand.

Reliability and Dependability is the Key to Success.
I'll second that. The Crown TSP6000 is an awesome truck. Easy maintenance, and minimal downtime.
