Trouble codes on a Bendi 180D

We just shipped out a Bendi 180D and all was good with the truck when it left our shop but when it got to the customer it is popping an 04 code and an 06 code. We do not have a manual for this truck so if anyone that has a manual could let me know what these codes are so I can let the customer know where to start looking it would be a huge help.
Thanks

Hey Swoop,

Yes, I did. someone from the forum sent me an email. Basically it was a SRO issue, accel depressed without direction selected, If I remember right. I try to list full model and serial numbers but I did not have access to them when I posted
Thanks for the reply to my post.

did you ever get this resolved?
i think it could be because you should post full model and serial number if possible. Such a generic post could easily be ignored or overlooked.
And of course with bendi's its always important to post the series they are such as Series I, II, III, or IV ;o)
