Toyota FBEU18 codes AD-1 and -2.....

Traveling AC driver 1 + main controller communication abnormality
Condition for detection: Output when the CPU board cannot receive ID code from the traveling AC driver 1 upon key switch on.

Check CN103, CN104, CN110 and + CN112 connection condition Harness check (Especially No. 42 line.)

Check the continuity of communication line harness.
CN103-1(145) CN110-3(145)
CN103-l(145) CN112-l(145)
CN 103-2(146) CN110-4(146)
CN 103-2(146) CN112-2(146)
CN103-3(147) CN110-6(147)

No Continuity then harness is defective

If there is continuity then Traveling AC driver 1 defect (There is possibility that CPU board is defect.)

After spending several hours going thru lift truck,i found a bad connection on a plug mounted on top of ecm, there are 2 plugs, one is black, the other is blue.the blue connection had 1 wire that came apart inside of connector, not making contact.after disconecting battery(-),to clear code, lift truck started right up and is running once again.This. is just a FYI,hope this helps anyone who might come across this code in the future...jimmyd is a happy camper again-LOL
