yes i supported the saying of mr martin k..c25 code came from side shift fuction,but in your mail you did not say if there is a lifting,reach,and tilt fuction,if all hydraulic function are dis abled, you need to replace a5 card
i take it that the sideshift does not work,error 25 is a wire broken within the sideshift loom.try replacing the sideshift loom and it should solve the problem,if it does not replace the a5 card because if the wiring has shorted in the loom it can blow a component in the a5 card.
