TRANSMISSION WONT ENGAGE WHEN COLD -LONG DELAY

ONCE IT HOOKS UP IT IS FINE ALL DAY. I'VE CHECKED THE SOLENOID VOLTAGE AND HAVE FULL BATT VOLTAGE. WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE?

maybe a next step would be to include a serial number or series, and then maybe further define what you mean by "hooks up"? and what is NOT fine.
