Transmission oil leaking into engine oil

Hi
I hope someone will help me out there.
I have changed the oil seal between the transmission case and engine flywheel end seal a couple of times but I get the transmission oil leaking into the engine oil. I have to top up the transmission oil every 40 hours and drain out the excess engine oil
