Traction Problem

Guys,

Am facing very strange problem in CAT EP20K, machine automatically going reverse when using hydraulic functions even if the direction switch is in fwd or revers mode. already changed all mosfits, complete harness and controller. can somebody help in this regard?
Note that there is no error code on display
