traction fault

Hi Guys,
I am looking for help with traction issues I am going to look at. Truck will drive reverse but not fwd, apparently in full lock one wheel will rotote opposite direction to the other. Or If anyone has the manual for the truck would be even greater thanks.

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
