Traction Disabled, Calibration Not Accepted, Code 491 493

Looking for a CROWN EXPERT, Traction cutting in / out. have did previous calibrations in past and unit worked for couple weeks at time. Now does not run. currently at a loss, Code 491 and 493 , traction disabled, calibration not accepted. Do i need to replace POT ? / Joystick assembly? Thanks!

Thank You for the heads up!! This is the only crown unit in our city I work on as all my other customers have Hysters, so I do not have much help for tech support , I will check the sensors tomorrow.

sounds like either the Fwd or Rev optical switch is sticking. you can check it the analyzer menu. May be able to clean them but will probably have to replace them. Hope that helps.
